This project was plannend by an excellent dominican architect. It´s built in the caribean style and fits to its nature and surroundings perfectly.

To make sea-sight possible for all aparments, they were raised 0,60m from the ground. The rooms and also the fantastic garden with sea-sight and the architectonic design will satisfy every wish for caribean romanticism.

The apartments which have a size of 55 qm or 110 qm are equipped with a good natural ventilation as well as the possibility of air-conditioning, bathroom, large balcony or terrace.
